|Recommended: YesGreat Place Overall — Overall a good well maintained property with very nice staff who take care of issues in a reasonable amount of time. They put on resident events monthly and the club house is very nice. It's a nice place to live overall and you get what you pay for.
Only real gripe I have is if you rent a studio you don't get any parking options and especially in winter time parking several buildings away from your apartment with no option for heated garage parking can be a real drag. Lately the parking situation has been so bad people regularly illegally park overnight.

|Recommended: YesSafe and Sound environment at The Junction — Our family is staying at The Junction Apartment for almost a year now. We decided to renew our contract and extend our stay in the property for additional 1yr and a half. As the property has a very peaceful complex and has a good facilities to use such as Swimming Pool, Grilling Area, Fitness Gym and a Function Room to stay and relax. The Property Staffs are well professionals in terms of their work ethics and has a huge respect for all the tenants in the property. The Junction Apartment has a good location too, where you can easily access Groceries Store like Costco, Restaurants, other Stores nearby and The School District Office for your kids. Staying in The Junction Apartment is very satisfying. Come Try to stay and enjoy life

The property staff is super easy to work with and when there was a maintenance issue it was fixed faster than expected
